Here's what we are looking for:

• Part time employee for evening and weekend shifts!
• Comfortable greeting our clients, talking with them in person and over the phone.
• Scheduling appointments and checking out clients on our computer program (full training available for you).
• The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients.
• Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
• Ability to maintain composure and stay grounded during busy moments.
• Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.

Responsibilities

• Elements Massage is looking for a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate to create an exceptional experience for all the clients every time they enter the studio.
• Informing all clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program, a no hassle membership plan.
• Following our proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program.
• Being the first and final face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio.
• Ensuring the client's appointment paperwork and payment process is brief, painless, and accurate.
• Working as a team with our Managers, Massage Therapists and Esthetician's to create an environment where clients are the center of the world.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales/receptionist experience; preferably in a retail service, massage studio, or salon/spa environment.
• Familiarity and comfortability with modern office tools and computer systems.
• Experience in appointment scheduling is preferred.
• Basic familiarity with cash reconciliation.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong aptitude and desire for learning.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends.
• MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER.
