If you’re ready to make an impact and grow with us — we want to hear from you.
The Job
As a part-time Junior Commercial Operations Manager, you’ll work at the heart of Tendium’s commercial engine – supporting strategic projects, ensuring data accuracy, and helping optimise how our sales, marketing, and customer success teams operate.
This is a cross-functional role, ideal for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure to commercial operations and is excited by the mix of structure, creativity, and problem-solving.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Revenue Operations: Support initiatives to streamline our subscription renewal processes and improve our understanding of customer lifecycles, churn patterns, and retention. Help implement data-driven improvements that increase efficiency and revenue growth.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy of our financial and commercial data by identifying discrepancies, supporting data cleaning processes, and maintaining high-quality information in our CRM system. Your work will support better decision-making across sales, marketing, and customer success.
Marketing Projects: Contribute to both strategic and hands-on marketing initiatives – such as planning and running lead generation campaigns, optimising content distribution, and supporting consistent brand messaging across channels.
Process Optimisation: Analyse existing commercial processes, identify areas of improvement, and help implement scalable, efficient workflows across departments.
