System Analyst / Administrator, Supply Chain Systems

Lucid Motors is currently seeking a Supply Chain Systems Administrator. This position requires a deep understanding of Lucid’s supply chain systems. The Systems Administrator will lead systems role appropriation, systems documentation, and systems training. Key internal stakeholders include IT, supply chain, finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and managing user accounts and security permissions, and adding role-based access for users to supply chain systems
- Creating, managing, and deleting user accounts and access privileges
- Configure and maintain Lucid’s supply chain business applications
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
- Work closely with the Lucid supply chain team and other systems users to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to supply chain systems access and capabilities
- Serve as an internal resource and subject matter expert for questions and issues about supply chain systems
- Provide user training and onboarding for supply chain systems users both internal and external
- Partner with IT security and administration team where necessary
- Support a mix of internal and external systems
You Bring:
- 2-4 years’ experience in business systems administration or a related field
- Strong work ethic with demonstrated history of owning and solving customer issues
- Excellent organization skills to maintain records and follow cadence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to think tactically and strategically, drive for results, and continuously drive innovation
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, computer science, engineering, finance, business administration, or related field
- Knowledge of SAP and/or Coupa preferred
- Experience in automotive or operations preferred
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work independently
