Opportunity 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Marketing Associate - B2B & Health Plans to support our marketing efforts and drive growth across the prospect and customer lifecycle. This role will be key in executing digital campaigns and managing virtual and in-person events to amplify awareness and thought leadership. The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter with experience in enterprise growth, prospect and client lifecycle, and event and field marketing.

Responsibilities 

Growth & Lifecycle Marketing:

  • Plan and execute data-driven B2B marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. 
  • Leverage advanced analytics and market insights to develop strategies informed by data at every campaign stage.
  • Collaborate with sales, rev-ops, product, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with customer needs. 
  • Regularly analyze and interpret key metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals, fostering cross-functional synergy.
  • Optimize the customer journey by designing and testing targeted email campaigns, lead-nurture workflows, and personalized outreach strategies. Continuously refine these initiatives through A/B testing, performance analysis, and iterative optimization to maximize impact.
  • Develop and monitor comprehensive marketing funnels, focusing on conversion rates and drop-off points to improve efficiency.
  • Establish clear KPIs to measure success and implement actionable insights to enhance overall campaign performance.

Event & Field Marketing:

  • Manage the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events, such as VIP events, trade shows, webinars, and field marketing activations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event logistics and impactful attendee experiences.
  • Build relationships with partners and vendors to amplify the reach and ROI of events.
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with demonstrated skills in growth/lifecycle marketing, event planning, and social media strategy.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results in lead generation, customer retention, or brand visibility.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and other ABM tools (Userled, 6Sense, Demandbase, etc)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and building meaningful customer relationships.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in managing budgets and evaluating ROI for campaigns and events.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
