Senior Data Engineer (m/f/d)

<p>YOUR TASKS:</p> <p> </p> <p>As a Senior Data Engineer, you will own the data warehouse modeling and production-grade data pipelines, which target corporate process efficiency and customer value maximization. </p> <p>You will be responsible for the following: </p> <p>- Design, Develop, and Optimize a large-scale DATA platform. </p> <p>- Data Warehouse Dimensional and Entity-Relationship Data Modeling. </p> <p>- Design and Build production-grade end-to-end robust data pipelines (batch or streaming).</p> <p> </p> <p>YOUR PROFILE:</p> <p> </p> <p>Essential:</p> <p>- Bachelor / Master of Science, relevant degree, and/or equivalent work experience.</p> <p>- Hands on experience in data modeling, processing and migration projects using Distributed, Relational, NoSQL, and/or Time Series Databases; ETL Toolboxes, Object Stores, and/or APIs. </p> <p>- Excellent SQL skills and hands-on experience with Cloud and/or On-Premise DB ETL Stack. </p> <p>- Proficiency in at least one relevant DATA programming and/or scripting language. </p> <p>- Well versed in GIT, DevOps, DataOps, Data Quality “Unit Tests” and/or CI/CD deployments.</p> <p>- Comfortable working in distributed teams through Agile Methodologies. Fluent in English. </p> <p>- Willingness for Lifelong Continuous Learning, to become the corporate technical expert. </p> <p> </p> <p>Desirable:</p> <p>- Proficiency in SQL Server, SSIS and SSAS (OLAP Cubes).</p> <p>- Proficiency in Apache Spark and Delta Lake. </p> <p>- Proficiency in Infrastructure to support containerization, including Kubernetes and Docker.  Strong Knowledge of Python.
