You will lead advanced troubleshooting efforts, mentor junior</p> <p class="p2">technicians, drive large-scale equipment improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally to</p> <p class="p2">support high-volume automated manufacturing processes. You will play a key role in developing</p> <p class="p2">technical standards, evaluating new automation technology, and ensuring system performance at</p> <p class="p2">scale.</p> <p class="p2">&nbsp;</p> <p class="p1"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <p class="p2"><strong>Location:</strong> Scottsdale, Arizona</p> <p class="p2"><strong>Reports to:</strong> Senior Manager, Assets Reliability</p> <p class="p2"><span class="s1">•</span> Lead complex equipment diagnostics and resolve high-impact automation issues</p> <p class="p2"><span class="s1">•</span> Own system-level troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and software</p> <p class="p2">domains</p> <p class="p2"><span class="s1">•</span> Develop, implement, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs</p> <p class="p2"><span class="s1">•</span> Mentor and train lower-level technicians and production operators on automation best</p> <p class="p2">practices</p> <p class="p2"><span class="s1">•</span> Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and R&amp;D to support new equipment</p> <p class="p2">installation and qualification</p> <p class="p2"><span class="s1">•</span> Design and improve test procedure
