The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center or BBN team:

RTX has an opening on the Product Lifecycle Services (PLS) team within the RTX Enterprise Services DT organization for a Manager, Business Solutions Analyst (Manager, Business Systems and Transformation) on the Source team specifically assigned to the area of ERP MM/Procurement support.   Remote Opportunity.

What You Will Do:: 

• Perform as an DT BSE analyst supporting the sustainment of existing SAP ERP application and related integrated applications and systems.
• Work in a fast-paced team environment with other DT professionals in the review of proposed design and solutions to identified issues and requests, and the coordination of the technical design, testing, and maintenance of technical solutions. 
• Requires a strong analyst background with both technical and functional skills, strong knowledge and competencies with SAP ERP system and ERP based procurement; material management processing; and Business Unit Supply Chain procurement processes.  
• Responsible for the support operations of the ERP procurement application and associated data integration with the SAP ERP instances:  process design, software configuration, system testing, end user training as well as production system support.
• Additional tasks will include coordinating user group requests, user acceptance testing, and maintaining enterprise support materials.
• Work directly with business unit process experts, technical programmers and other DT internal/external team members for requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
• Partner with the Source Team DT member to Strategic Enterprise Projects that impact Procurement and Supply Chain processes.
• Travel around 10% domestically between sites.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years SAP ERP experience around integration of applications and testing of Software or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree; Advanced degree and 5+ years related work experience
• 8+ years SAP ERP materials management/procurement including: 
  • Functional requirements gathering and testing of software changes
  • Preparation of Functional Specification documents for Developer guidance
  • Development of Procurement Training materials for ERP Procurement Processes
• Full understanding of ERP Master Data (Vendor Master, Material Master, etc.)
• Perform system IMG configuration within SAP ERP system
• Current U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• SAP solutions: SRM, Ariba; Fieldglass (VMS).
• Reporting Tools: SAP BW/BI and ERP
• Familiarity with SAP ALE/IDoc processing
• Agile software methodology experience
• Worksoft automated testing experience
• Software programming courses or experience in application debugging
• Knowledge of Procurement and Material Management SAP ERP processes with focus on Supply Chain procurement, A/P processes associated with Procurement, Supplier collaboration, and SAP Vendor Master process.
• Knowledge of technical solution development process and system integration techniques to include process flow diagram preparation.
• Strong analytical skills and technical troubleshooting skills
