This role is instrumental in completing quality work within established timelines to maintain a high level of client satisfaction. You will collaborate with the project team to understand client needs and have the skills to develop deliverables independently. You will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Impact
- Partner with the client experience team to understand and support client needs, delivering quality work that exceeds client expectations.
- Utilize a combination of strong HRBP and People Operations experience to assist clients in aligning HR strategies with business strategy.
- Execute strong time management skills and organization that ensures assigned deadlines and budgets are met
- Research and present information and ideas to assist in team and client decision-making processes.
- Independently manage and execute multiple project assignments, ensuring quality deliverables are produced on time and within budget.
- Interact professionally with clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Support project teams in efforts to continuously improve client satisfaction demonstrated through livingHR service delivery KPIs (NPS, client retention, account growth, client referrals, etc.).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in professional services, RPO or PEO, with a track record of successful project delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Strong ability to collaborate with team members, understanding the importance of completing work on time and within budget.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Solid HR Generalist knowledge and experience, with the ability to leverage this expertise to impact client outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
