SPP Production Lead

Shift Hours:  6:00am-3:30pm/Monday-Thursday and 6:00am-12:00pm/Friday

What you’ll be doing: 

• Quality checks, work order approvals and troubleshoots garment and/or decoration issues.
• Assists department manager and supervisor to ensure production is operating at optimum efficiency.
• Troubleshoots issues and concerns as they arise; ensures operators have the required materials to complete orders.
• Verifies and approves work orders.
• Posts orders in and out of departments.
• Schedules orders to appropriate machines.
• Enforces general safety and housekeeping policies and procedures.

• Ability to pay close attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiples tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment and frequent interruptions.
• Basic computer skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• 6 months – 1 year related production experience
