Position Overview

As a Systems Administrator, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization’s technical environment, ensuring system performance, reliability, and user support across multiple locations. This role combines technical troubleshooting, system maintenance, and user support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both hands‑on IT work and problem-solving.

 

Systems Administrator Job Responsibilities


Maintain and support network infrastructure, systems, and user environments
Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control
Install, configure, and maintain systems, applications, and updates
Monitor system performance and address issues proactively
Support dealership platforms and business applications (CDK, related systems, etc.)
Assist with data backups, system recovery, and security processes
Document processes, system configurations, and issue resolutions
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on system improvements
Support IT‑related projects and rollouts across locations


Schedule: Monday – Friday | Day Shift

QualificationsSystems Administrator Qualifications


Previous experience in IT support, Systems Administration, or similar role required
Strong understanding of networking, systems, and user administration
Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, and system management preferred
Familiarity with dealership systems (CDK or similar) is a plus
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communication and documentation skills
High attention to detail and reliability


Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre‑employment drug screen.
