Summary of Job Duties:

The Senior Clinical Therapist at the Psychiatric Research Institute (PRI) AR ConnectNow program will provide direct clinical services such as diagnostic assessment, individual therapy, and family therapy to patients using evidence-based interventions. The AR ConnectNow program was created in response to the urgent behavioral ehealth COVID-19 crisis. All sessions are conducted via telephone or video, but are done so in the office. The Senior Clinical Therapist works directly under the supervision of the Clinical Therapist Supervisor, Program Manager, and/or Clinic Medical Director. The Senior Clinical Therapist must have the ability to make decisions related to treatment planning. They must understand mental health diagnosis and treatment. Adaptable technological skills are required. In addition, the Senior Clinical Therapist will be responsible for ongoing communications with their supervisor and other members of the treatment team.
