Deloitte is expanding its Business Finance practice to help organisations transform how Finance drives strategy, insight, and performance, focusing on Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Finance Analytics, Finance Automation, and Finance AI. EPM serves as the vital link between raw business data and strategic decision-making, playing a central role in finance transformation amid growing data volumes, regulatory demands, and evolving business models. We are seeking exceptional talent coming from consulting backgrounds in Finance Transformation and EPM or with significant FP&A leadership experience to advise, design, implement, and operate EPM solutions that align Finance with strategic, operational, and technology goals.

As a Senior Manager in our EPM team, you will lead complex, multi-workstream finance transformation programmes, partnering with CFOs, Finance executives, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver technology-enabled solutions that enhance insight, improve performance, and connect decision-making across the enterprise. You will be responsible for client leadership, solution delivery, business growth, and coaching a high-performing team.

About the role:

• Programme Leadership – Lead large-scale finance transformation and EPM programmes, ensuring robust governance, structure, and delivery across multiple workstreams.

• Delivery Oversight – Manage complex programmes covering planning, forecasting, consolidation, profitability and reporting, including scope, budget, risk, and stakeholder engagement.

• Solution Design – Provide strategic direction and quality assurance on solution design, ensuring EPM technologies deliver measurable business value.

• Business Development – Shape go-to-market strategies, lead proposal development and client workshops, and build long-term relationships that generate opportunities and grow the practice.

• Finance Process Excellence – Redesign planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes, embedding best practices through technology.

• Innovation & Insight – Anticipate market trends in EPM, digital finance, and performance management, and bring thought leadership to clients and internal teams.

• Team Development – Inspire, coach, and grow diverse teams, fostering collaboration and building the future capability of the EPM practice.

About You:

• Extensive consulting experience in Finance Transformation or EPM, or significant industry FP&A experience, with a proven track record of leading large programmes and managing senior client relationships.

• Strong knowledge of core EPM processes (FP&A, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, profitability).

• Deep expertise in at least one major EPM platform (Oracle, Anaplan, SAP, OneStream), with the ability to shape solutions and challenge vendors.

• Professional qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) or MBA strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated ability in business development – from sales leadership to pipeline management and proposal creation.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to engage confidently with executive stakeholders.

• Track record of building, coaching, and leading high-performing teams.

• Flexibility to travel to client sites as required.
