Table Games Dealer - Full Time (Harrah's Laughlin)

JOB SUMMARY: Dealing table games, i.e.: blackjack, craps, roulette and specialty games. Auditions required

 

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: 

 Must enjoy working in a fast paced, exciting, party environment. 

 Must acknowledge, greet and converse in English with customers.

 Must provide friendly, excellent service at all times.

 Must work well within a team of fellow employees.

 

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:  Must have previous experience, Gaming License

 

PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS: Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and hear. Dexterity to utilize tools. Stand for long periods of time or entire shift. Walk up and down stairs. Work in Secondhand smoke environment. Maneuver in confined spaces. Accurate Money/chip handling. Tolerate high noise areas. Tolerate bright lights. Will have guest contact. Work flexible schedules. Understand, read, write and speak English.
