We need an English-fluent Data Analyst, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, aggregate, and analyze massive sets of automotive marketing and inventory data.
- Investigate and resolve specific data logic issues assigned via HubSpot and Jira, such as tracking down historical CRM and data discrepancies.
- Audit and standardize large external data sets (e.g., reviewing automated email lists, ad platform performance data, and vendor feeds) to ensure data cleanliness before reporting.
- Build, update, and maintain client-facing dashboards and reports within our BI environments, working strictly to the product vision outlined by the team lead.
- Perform rigorous QA on data sets and reports to ensure flawless deliverables for our Customer Success (CS) team.
- Collaborate with the US-based reporting team via daily stand-ups to clear the analytical backlog and fulfill ad-hoc data requests.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role, ideally dealing with marketing, SaaS, or automotive data.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL and Clickhouse preferred), with the ability to comfortably write complex joins, CTEs, and aggregations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to investigating "why" numbers might not match up.
- Ability to take structured analytical requirements (Jira tickets) and execute them efficiently with minimal oversight.
- C1 English required
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,500 - $2,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
