About the role

Position Summary...

As a Manager of Special Projects you will support high-impact initiatives within the Trust & Safety (T&S) organization, supporting Walmart’s Last Mile Delivery (LMD) platform. This role sits within the Program Management function of the team.

What you'll do...

  • Support the execution of special projects aligned with T&S strategic priorities, including digital innovation pilots, emerging business areas, and rapid-response task forces.

  • Gather information to inform scope, timelines, budgets, and resource planning.

  • Develop project reporting and metrics to track progress and impact.

  • Prepare content for executive forums and team meetings to communicate progress and celebrate wins.

What you'll bring:

• 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, operations, strategy planning, or strategic initiatives.

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects in complex, matrixed environments.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization, reporting, and performance measurement.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with regulatory frameworks, risk mitigation, and digital transformation is a plus.
