In this role, you will be a key driver in maintaining our culture, enhancing the employee experience, and supporting our people managers in building high-performing teams. </p><p>As the People & Culture Specialist, you will act as the go-to person for employees and managers on a wide range of People-related topics. You’ll partner closely with our leadership and people managers as a trusted HR Business Partner. In this capacity, you’ll support them with performance management, learning and development initiatives, coaching, leave-related matters, and other HR cases. </p><p>You will also take ownership of our onboarding processes and be involved in ensuring compliance with Dutch labour law, global HR policies, and visa/relocation procedures. In addition, you will collaborate with the broader People team across Amsterdam, New York and Kuala Lumpur to help implement global initiatives and continuously improve our people practices. </p><p>This is a hands-on role with a strategic component, your insights and initiatives will directly contribute to creating a supportive, high-performing, and inclusive culture at DataSnipper. If this sounds interesting, then perhaps it’s time to consider joining us! </p><p> </p><p><strong>What you will do</strong></p><ul><li><p>You’ll be the first point of contact for employees and managers for all HR-related matters. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You’ll act as the HR Business Partner for our people managers and supporting them in areas such as performance management, L&D, coaching, leave, and more. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You’ll collaborate with our management teams to provide trusted guidance on day-to-day people topics and more complex HR cases. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You’ll drive improvements in our policies, procedures, and employee experience. You will helping shape initiatives like our HR handbook, benefits structure, and performance review cycles. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You’ll work closely with our wider People team including talent acquisition, office management, and P&C teams to deliver cross-functional projects that enhance our employee journey. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You’ll be responsible for delivering an outstanding pre-boarding and onboarding experience for new joiners across the globe, including supporting visa and relocation needs. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You’ll manage and maintain employee documentation, administration and HR systems throughout the employee lifecycle. </p></li><li><p>You’ll contribute to creating a great working environment and continuously seek ways to optimize our people processes and culture. <br/></p></li></ul><p><strong>What you bring</strong> </p><ul><li><p>2- 3 years of experience in a similar position. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Knowledge of Dutch labour law. </p></li><li><p>Fluent in Dutch and English. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Knowledge and experience in relocating new hires from outside of the Netherlands, including an understanding of visa regulations and the 30% ruling. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience working in an international environment. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with employees and management. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Proficiency in office software and technologies, including HRIS systems. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with strong attention to detail. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>A go-getter mentality, creativity and a passion for supporting people. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Plus: Previo
