Air Quality Permit Sr. Project Manager (Fully Remote) We are seeking our next air quality expert to join our growing team. Work will be focused on air permitting across multiple states. We seek an expert in air permitting that can complete air permits to the state agencies with little or no oversight with a focus on customer service for our clients. We seek candidates that will have a client first attitude.

Requirements

●Familiarity with all equipment at upstream and midstream oil and gas facilities

●Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

●Advanced knowledge of federal and state air quality regulations and permit processes

●Must be able to complete entire air permit process from gathering info, calculations, submitting application with correct regulatory review and addressing issues with state air quality staff

●Ability to communicate complicated facilities and regulations to state agency staff

●Other duties as assignment Preferred qualifications:

●5-10 years’ experience with oil and gas equipment and regulations

●Advanced knowledge of EPA and State EI/GHG reporting systems

●Ability to develop calculation workbooks with limited assistance

●Familiarity with EPA and state enforcement processes

●Air dispersion modeling experience

●Knowledge of SPCC requirements
