**This role involves overseeing the workplace experience for Atlassian's North America employees so requires 50%+ time in the Seattle office, with the ability to travel as needed, primarily to Mountain View, San Francisco, and Canada.**
Responsibilities
We're hiring an experienced Principal Program Manager, reporting into our Head of Culture, Growth & Innovation. This team sits under CTO Strategic Initiatives as building a world-class engineering organization and creating an exceptional workplace experience for Atlassian's North America employees is critical to the CTO. With this role is not only the opportunity to oversee business and site operations across all of North America for Atlassian now, but to design what the Atlassian workplace experience looks like in the future.
Your role
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of program management skills, a proven track record in managing end-to-end strategic programs, a deep understanding of operational management in a large company, with the ability to build strong partnerships with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

What you'll do
Your role will require 50%+ time in the Seattle office and be responsible for driving the successful planning, execution, and delivery of strategic site programs. You will create impact and collaborate with a diverse set of partners on a variety of teams to address business problems including:
Build vibrant and productive regional environments where teams work harmoniously, united by Atlassian's core values.
Retain and develop talent, that raises the bar for Atlassian engineering organization.
Become a trusted strategic partner through the structure of your work and clarity of your communications.
Serve as the leader of the Atlassian North America workplace experience to senior stakeholders (including the c-suite), and cross-functional partners (real estate, events, concierge, and more).
Build and own decision-making frameworks for issues improving the Americas sites.
Establish goals and metrics to measure the effectiveness of site leadership efforts.
Provide regular updates and reports on efforts, including progress against goals, project status and market insights.
Drive the strategy for the future of the workplace experience for Atlassian's North America employees.
Qualifications
Minimum 10+ years of relevant work in business operations, site management, program management, HR, or event planning.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including experience with facilitating meetings and engaging with an executive audience).
Experience leading high-impact programs or projects with a strong sense of urgency and commitment.
Demonstrated flexibility and a history of delivering results in a ambiguous and fast-paced work environment.
Ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done through taking calculated risks and experimenting with new solutions.
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $201,600 - $263,200
Zone B: $181,800 - $237,350
Zone C: $167,400 - $218,550
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
