About the role

The Infatuation, part of Chase Dining, provides trustworthy and useful restaurant recommendations around the world. As part of the Product team, you will have the opportunity to set and execute strategic goals, conduct product discovery, and gain an in-depth understanding of our users. You will collaborate with Data, Marketing and Editorial to ensure that our products meet the needs of our users and drive business results.

As a Product Manager, Growth in the Infatuation, you will have the autonomy to solve complex problems to achieve meaningful outcomes. Job Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering and data to drive growth and retention across our mobile app and website
  • Analyze user behavior and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps that align with business goals and user needs
  • Own outcomes, define and track key metrics, and be accountable for delivering results
  • Conduct user research, run experiments, and leverage data to enhance product discovery and identify new opportunity spaces
  • Communicate product updates, progress, and learnings to stakeholders and executives
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch to optimization
  • Keep up-to-date with industry leading trends and best practices to continuously improve our product offerings

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably on Business to Consumer (B2C) products with an emphasis on growth
  • Experience with product discovery, user research, experimentation, and leveraging data to drive decision-making
  • Experience working on onboarding and activation user flows 
  • Ability to find the right balance between solving user problems and delivering on business goals
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvements 
  • Demonstrated ability of owning outcomes and being accountable for delivering results
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g: Amplitude, Mixpanel)

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelors Degree 
  • Passionate about dining and travel with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges
