Nationwide is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Business Advisor to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with finance associates across the business, focusing on expense reduction and reporting along with the creation of templates and tools to enhance business operations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Supports execution of key monthly deliverables. 

• Creates insightful analysis to proactively support and help drive business results. 

• Develops and maintains reporting and presentation templates and tools. 

• Utilizes Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI to analyze and present financial data. 

• Advances planning and forecasting capabilities. 

• Develops strong collaborative working relationships.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. 

• Proven experience in financial analysis and expense reporting. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and other financial tools. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Working towards CPA or CFA certification. 

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry. 

This position will be working a hybrid schedule with 2 days in an office location in Columbus, OH.
