<p><strong>Overview:</strong></p>
<p>As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Strategic Sales & Analytics (SSNA) Lead to join our French team. This position is based in our central Paris office and will play a key leadership role within the Strategic Sales and Analytics organization. Reporting to the SSNA Ninja Director, the SSNA Lead will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights, managing market strategy, overseeing pricing and promotions recommendations, and ensuring business health tracking across key retail accounts in France. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, strategic team member who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.</p>

<p>Strategic Sales Analytics & Reporting:</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage the Master Event Calendar for the French market, ensuring seamless coordination of retail initiatives.</li>
<li>Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly analytics reports tracking business performance, category trends, and key financial metrics.</li>
<li>Analyze market opportunities, identifying category gaps and competitive risks to inform strategic decision-making.</li>
<li>Present actionable insights based on internal and external data, aligning major initiatives across the organization.</li>
<li>Evaluate pre- and post-promotion performance to quantify impact and drive effective retail strategies.</li>
<li>Track and measure key performance indicators, including promotional lift, pricing elasticity, and sales results.</li>
</ul>
<p>Market & Category Strategy:</p>
<ul>
<li>Act as the category expert, monitoring market trends, pricing strategies, promotional impacts, and competitive positioning.</li>
<li>Ensure the brand is winning share and never giving it back by proactively addressing category performance gaps.</li>
<li>Partner with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven category strategies that drive increased distribution, space, and displays.</li>
<li>Provide real-time analysis of point-of-sale (POS) data to facilitate rapid decision-making and strategic adjustments.</li>
</ul>
<p>Business Performance:</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead financial analysis, including variance and trend analysis, to assess business performance and identify improvement opportunities.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to enhance visibility into key financial and commercial performance metrics.</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on strategic priorities.</li>
<li>Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to senior leadership and key stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Advanced Analytics degree preferred).</li>
<li>Fluent French and English </li>
<li>7+ years of experience in a strategic sales, category management, or business analytics role.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into business strategies.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics tools (BI tools experience is a plus).</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership.</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying market threats and opportunities.</li>
