We’re looking for Head of Agentic AI to develop our AI capabilities across our organization. This role is at the intersection of AI and business transformation, and you won't be starting from scratch. F-Secure is already leveraging Claude across the organization, connecting AI to key business platforms and development workflows. You'll be stepping into a live technical environment and accelerating it: identifying the highest-value processes to transform, extending the integration layer, and ensuring what we build is secure, measurable, and adopted across the company.

If you want to write AI strategy memos, this is not the role. If you want to get close to the technical frontier, pick the right problems, and drive change through to measurable outcomes in weeks rather than quarters, this role might be the perfect match for you.

Reporting to the CSO, you'll work hands-on with functional leaders across the business to map where AI agents create real value, then build, deploy, and own those workflows end-to-end. In a company where security is the product, you'll also be responsible for ensuring AI systems are deployed with the controls and governance they demand. This role offers a rare combination: strategic influence, deep technical work, and direct accountability for business outcomes.

This role is based at our Helsinki HQ, and we work in a hybrid setting. We hope you can join us at the office regularly to collaborate with stakeholders, while also enjoying the flexibility to work from home.

The initial salary range for this role is 6500 to 8500 €/month (+ STI), and there's room to discuss this further based on what you bring to the table.

Key responsibilities:

• Map F-Secure's highest-impact business processes — partner onboarding, commercial reporting, customer operations, internal knowledge workflows — and build the ROI case for where AI agents create real value
• Design and implement AI-powered workflows end-to-end: from process diagnosis and architecture selection through deployment, security controls, monitoring, and adoption — you own the full lifecycle
• Extend and deepen the existing integration layer connecting Claude and MCP servers to Salesforce, Jira, Snowflake, Git, and other systems, keeping the architecture coherent as the surface area grows
• Ensure AI systems are deployed securely with proper data access controls, audit logging, prompt injection defences, and responsible handling of customer and partner data
• Build F-Secure's internal AI capability through hands-on workshops, reusable deployment playbooks, and a practical governance framework for responsible AI use
• Define and track measurable business outcomes for every initiative — hours saved, error rates reduced, speed improved, cost removed — and report them at CSO and leadership level

What are we looking for?

• Demonstrated hands-on experience designing and deploying AI agents or agentic workflows in production environments — you have shipped things that ran in the real world, not just demos
• Technical depth in AI agent architecture: orchestration patterns, tool-calling, memory and retrieval, error handling, and how these systems fail under real conditions
• Working knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) — deploying and managing MCP servers, building or extending integrations, and understanding how agents access external systems
• Enterprise integration experience connecting AI agents to real business systems (CRM, project tooling, data warehouses, source control) with an understanding of data access, authentication, and consistency challenges
• Security-aware mindset: you understand AI-specific risks — prompt injection, data leakage, access boundary violations, credential exposure — and you design controls in from the start
• Strong business fluency — you can map and redesign complex processes, build credible ROI models, get genuine buy-in from sceptics, and transl
