OnsiteThis position manages a team of intermediate or experienced professionals in Facilities. Responsible for directing activities such as security programs at the local site, assessing and evaluating physical space requirements, and estimating costs related to facilities activities.
The position supports work that covers a variety of shifts in a 24-hour/seven-day schedule, as such, there may be a need to support work on occasional nights and / or weekends

Primary Responsibilities:
- Directs facilities programs onsite and ensures compliance with ALL government regulations for access control.
- Responsible for building security and main point of contact for RTX Global Security Operations
- Responsibility for Maintenance of ALL onsite Functional Test Equipment/Machinery
- Ensure Regulatory compliance with ALL Government agencies including Local and State
- Leads a team of facilities professionals engaged in planning, organizing, and scheduling for maintenance, construction, renovation, and repair of organization facilities to ensure proper upkeep of the organizations facilities and equipment.
- Builds relationship and contracts with vendors providing services including skilled traders, general maintenance employees or outside contractors who construct, maintain, and repair utilities systems, buildings, and equipment, to ensure that operational objectives are met.
- Plans, designs, and reconfigures equipment, machinery, buildings, and structures to ensure the optimal utilization of the organization's facilities.
- Assesses and evaluates the physical space requirements of the organization and recommends plans to meet needs.
- Gathers and reviews data concerning facility or equipment specifications, company or government restrictions, required completion date, and construction feasibility.
- Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.
- Ensures proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance.
- Conducts machine inventories and arranges disposal of obsolete or no-longer-required equipment.
- Manages facilities contractor management process
Qualifications/Experience Needed:
- Typically requires University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) experience
