Description

  • About the Role:
    Drip Depot is hiring an on-site eCommerce Catalog Assistant to help manage our web based storefront.  You'll help keep our online product catalog consistent, accurate, and easy to shop. Every day will bring a mix of writing, research, and structuring customer-facing content as you ensure our website listings are accurate, complete, and well-presented.
  • This is a great fit for someone who enjoys focused, detailed work - researching product information, managing spreadsheets, managing data, and communicating with a friendly, collaborative team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Own the SKU lifecycle: new item setup, attribute enrichment, taxonomy/tagging, unit of measure, images/documents and any other product-related content
    • Perform regular audits of existing product listings to ensure consistency and completeness (broken links, platform compatibility and cross browser validation)
    • Maintain and manage large online catalogs of products and their assets (images, PDFs, videos) across multiple categories 
    • Take charge of the creation, process, maintenance, and accuracy of all product data, with accurate titles, descriptions, images, and specifications
  • Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and organization
    • Ability to break down complex projects into manageable phases and prioritize tasks based on business impact
    • Clear, concise written communication for product content creation
  • Data Maintenance:
    • Help create standards for presenting products online
    • Create and maintain in-house style guide
    • Assist with consolidating and organizing products into appropriate categories
    • Audit existing products and categories to ensure proper placement and grouping
  • Web Content:
    • Identify gaps in product data and work with manufacturers to acquire missing product attributes
    • Experience navigating and extracting data from complex or incomplete websites
