You’ll play a valuable role in helping us enhance the employee journey—from supporting internal programs to developing engaging content and updating resources that help employees grow and thrive.

• What You’ll Do:
• Assist the Learning & Training Development team with updating user guides and support materials
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to review and edit job descriptions for our career website
• Support the Employee Experience team by helping plan and schedule ERN events
• Create engaging content for the intranet and internal communications related to employee programs
• Partner with team members on special projects related to culture, communication, and engagement

• Currently a junior pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or Communications
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Strong writing and editing skills (grammar geeks welcome!)
• Creative and comfortable with content creation and social media tools
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
