Your Key Responsibilities

• Create & maintain plant views for prototype materials, production routings, BOMs, production orders, component issuance in SAP
• Prototype project management (lead-times, supplier/vendor status-to-plan, etc)
• Issue and maintain process flow diagrams and work instructions
• Prototype build coordination with technicians, quality engineers
• Reporting from SAP for capacity analysis and budgeting purposes
• Continuously improve, develop and adjust the Schaeffler Production System for Prototype department

Your Qualifications

 

• Must have four (4) year Engineering Degree (i.e. BSIE, BSIET or equivalent)
• Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office and SAP
• Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills
• Experience in SAP working with manufacturing Routings, BOMs and MRP systems
• Manufacturing experience and knowledge of machining, turning, stamping, grinding, assembly, and inspection methods
• Schaeffler product manufacturing knowledge or the equivalent
