About the role
If you are a SALES COMPENSATION ANALYST professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting position for you! Based in our Boulder, Colorado location, working within our Finance team you will manage variable Sales & Marketing compensation plans, payouts, reporting, and analysis working closely with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Manage variable compensation plans
- Administer compensation application platform
- Process incentive compensation calculations, approvals, and publish sales compensation reports
- Provide standard and ad-hoc analysis and reporting including compensation forecasts
- Data validation, auditing, and trouble-shooting
- Participate in projects and teams related to compensation and standardizing procedures with other business units
You are analytical, with financial and business acumen abilities using strong written and oral communication skills. You demonstrate ethical behavior and instill trust. Ability to work independently, problem solve, prioritize, and meet deadlines. For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in business or related field
- Two (2) to four (4) or more years of relevant experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Financial field preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills to create and troubleshoot complex formulas, efficiently work with and handle large data sets
- Power BI experience beneficial
- Oracle Experience is a plus

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the salary range for this role is $79,333-90,667 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
