Uncertainty is something that businesses have had to learn to live with, and it is increasingly clearer that organizations with a competitive level of preparedness and the ability to prioritize in the heat of a crisis, have a significant advantage.</p><p>Deloitte's Cyber Defence &amp; Resilience team works with Crisis Management &amp; Incident Response, Technology Resilience, Security Operations and Attack Surface Management and supports clients in navigating these challenges. If you're interested in working within our Operational Resilience services with some of Deloitte's largest international clients, as well as smaller local clients, to advance their resilience and risk agendas, then you may be the person that we're looking for. We are currently hiring for positions across Assistant Manager, Manager and Senior Manager levels.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>We offer a comprehensive range of resilience services to our clients. Our end-to-end resilience programs cover everything from current state and gap assessments to building integrated management systems, designing policies, guidelines, templates, and plans, as well as creating training and exercising modules and programs. Core to our services is helping clients prepare for disruption by planning and executing crisis simulations, setting up war rooms, and facilitating boardroom dilemma discussions.</p><p>For clients who need to respond to a disruption, we offer advice on communication and remediation strategies, organize project management office functions, and conduct investigations to close gaps in their lines of defense. When it comes to recovery, we mobilize teams globally, with vast experience in hands-on recovery procedures and sector regulation. At each stage of the resilience lifecycle, we take the time to understand our clients' unique circumstances, so we can provide bespoke solutions that truly enhance their resilience.</p><p>You will be part of our Cyber Defence &amp; Resilience team where our dedicated consultants work across different areas of operational resilience including Technology and Third-Party Resilience, Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Incident Management, IT/OT Disaster Recovery, and Regulatory preparation (DORA, NIS2 and Critical Entities Resilience Directive).</p><p>We work closely with other disciplines within Deloitte to design and deliver on small and large-scale resilience projects across all industries. As trusted advisors on resilience matters, we provide advisory services to help organizations prevent, detect, and respond to crises and potential disruptions in a positive and measured way.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>5-8+ years of relevant work experience (some consulting experience preferable)</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Ability to develop and execute on business strategy and drive revenue growth</li><li>Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members</li><li>Excellent business development skills, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships</li><li>Expert knowledge of operational resilience Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Incident Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Third-party Risk Management, Disaster Recovery principles and resiliency regulations</li></ul><p>Even if you do not see yourself in all the bullets above, we still encourage you to apply if you believe your skills can make an impact on our team.</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Do you want to be part of our team?</p><p><strong>Click the "I am interested" button above </strong>if you are ready to join our team.</p><p>Send your application and CV by 28.11.2024.
