Compass Government Solutions, LLC is looking for a Site Lead Case Manager to provide service to the Wyoming Army National Guard. In preparation to bid on this contract, we are seeking qualified candidates willing to be included in our proposal as interested and skilled individuals. The Lead Case Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for all contract personnel.

Job Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract personnel, providing guidance and leadership.
• Ensure contract performance meets or exceeds PWS requirements, implementing corrective .0actions as needed.
• Manage and provide oversight to the non-clinical case management team, ensuring team members are effectively supported.
• Provide administrative support in areas such as medical records management, PHA event planning, and medical board completion.
• Track and analyze case management data, ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards.
• Conduct patient risk analysis and provide health service support to the Wyoming Army National Guard.
• Maintain and manage a personal caseload while balancing oversight responsibilities for the team.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the following web-based electronic data systems to track and manage the medical readiness of service members:
• MHS-Genesis: The military’s electronic health system, requiring contractors to complete all training and access requirements to become proficient.
• Medical Operational Data System (MODS): A database of record for service member MRC status. Proficiency is required in the Medical Readiness Portal, Medical Protection System (MEDPROS), Medical Health Assessments (MHA), and MEDPROS Web Data Entry (MWDE).
• MEDCHART: A system for managing Soldier medical readiness and care history, requiring proficiency in the Automated Voucher System (AVS), Dental Classification Module (DenClass), Electronic Case Management (eCase), and Health Readiness Record (HRR).
• Paper Records Tracking (PRT): A web-based software for managing medical, dental, and other hard-copy medical documentation for the force.
• The contractor will be required to work one weekend per month (Saturday and Sunday), with service hours ranging from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The government will provide a 30-day advance schedule for these weekends Periodic Health Assessments (PHAs) at the primary location of Raper Armory in Cheyenne, WY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, social work, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in non-clinical case management or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of medical records management, MRC correction and analysis, and medical board completion processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing a caseload and leading a team.
