Job Description

As a Security Professional - Commercial Building - Morning Shift in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting a secure environment at a commercial real estate location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, helping to deter security-related incidents, and providing a visible presence that supports a welcoming atmosphere for tenants and visitors. In this driving post, you will be responsible for operating a vehicle as part of your patrol duties, so a valid driver's license is required. You will interact with a diverse range of people, address inquiries, and respond to situations with professionalism and integrity. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help maintain a secure environment within the location.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and enforcement of property rules as required by site-specific guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have at least 5 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
