The expected ENTRY pay range for this position based on experience and equity within the Judicial Branch is $79,000.00 to $101,750.00.

This position is exempt under the FLSA.

About the Position

*****Applicants must currently reside in Arizona or be willing to relocate to Arizona by the time of hire. *****

Standard Judicial Branch business hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. This position may offer a hybrid (telework, remote) schedule, depending on the needs of the Judicial Branch.

The Judicial Branch is unable to provide visa sponsorship (i.e. H-1B visa etc.).

The IT Mobile Device Management (MDM) Platform Manager provides management and oversight over all endpoint device management via approved toolsets as defined by the Court Technology Services (CTS) department. This position provides technical leadership to the team(s) responsible for developing and implementing services, policies, and protocols that impact the daily operational activities of Judicial Branch endpoints. Platform support is a vital component to effectively and efficiently standardizing and managing the technology enterprise within the Judicial Branch.

Position Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a technology-related field

Experience:

  • Four (4) years of experience in IT incident & change management, managing & monitoring service level agreements with business customers, providing IT services to business customers, or infrastructure, courtroom, network, desktop, Service Desk and security operations support,
  • Minimum of (3) years of Enterprise device management, to include workstations, and mobile devices (Phone, Tablet, iPad).
  • Two (2) years of experience with cloud technologies relating to device management.

Combined education and experience qualifications:

  • Other combinations of education and/or experience may be considered in substitution for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis

Other Requirements:

  • Must possess or can obtain by the time of hire, a valid Arizona driver's license.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Requires working knowledge of and experience with multiple technical areas across a large- scale enterprise environment in the following areas: 

Knowledge of:

  • Workstation Management (Intune, SCCM, Tanium, BigFix)
  • Mobile Device Management (Intune {primary} and/or JAMF)
  • Applicat
