JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator assists in the development, implementation, and coordination of marketing initiatives that support the company’s brand awareness and recruitment to external and internal audiences. Responsibilities include supporting marketing campaigns, conducting market research, collaborating with the graphic design team to create content for digital and traditional marketing pieces, tracking marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, coordinating reputation management across the company, coordinating and implementing external and internal marketing strategies, and working collaboratively with teams across the country to advance the Care Network as a leader in innovative home and community-based services.
JOB DUTIES
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including traditional (print) and digital advertising.
- Write, edit, and design content for external marketing campaigns using various channels including, but not limited to, email, websites, social media, print, out-of-home, digital, and video.
- Assist with designing visual elements for marketing campaigns, communications, and conferences/events.
- Assist with managing, posting, and maintaining the company's social media accounts. Including writing copy and designing visuals for posts, boosting, and monitoring comments.
- Monitor and respond to online comments and reviews via reputation management platforms and engage program operations in online review responses. Including developing an ongoing review generation campaign to seek reviews from employees, clients, and caregivers.
