Illuminate USA, a new standalone joint venture established by two global leaders in renewable energy, is building one of the largest solar panel manufacturing factories in the Western Hemisphere.  This 1.1 million-square-foot factory is currently in advanced stages of preparation in the Columbus, Ohio area. Job Summary:

We are currently looking for an Outbound Operations Team Lead for our new factory in Columbus, Ohio.

Responsibilities:

1.Performs various operations, including loading, picking, packing,  and scanning items into warehouse inventory.

2.Operates hand trucks, forklifts and other material handling equipment according to safety policies and procedures

3.Arrange the storage of materials.

4.Ensure Accurately and safely handle the material and quantities.

5.Completion of other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically requires 0-3 years of related experience.
• Outstanding learning and communication ability.
• Understanding and experienced with Microsoft Office.
• Basic safety knowledge and/or training is preferred.
