As a Production Control Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the production schedule, ensuring that all production targets are met, and identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products

- Monitor production processes to ensure that they are running efficiently and effectively

- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process

- Work closely with production teams to ensure that all production targets are met

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all production requirements are met

- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary

- Ensure that all production processes are in compliance with company policies and procedures

- Maintain accurate records of production data and provide regular reports to management

Requirements

Requirements:

- Proven experience in production control or related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and production control software

- Knowledge of 5S Manufacturing principles is a plus
