Client and Market Intelligence Associate- Remote Eligible

The Client and Market Intelligence Associate is responsible for serving the following functions for the Insights Team:
- Market, segment, and client base profiling and related marketing analyses (both internal marketing and reporting systems such as CRM and external databases/syndicated information sources such as Dun and Bradstreet, Pitchbook, Audit Analytics and others as needed).
- Project support for primary marketing marketing analysis (assistance in project execution and related documentation, pulling/formatting data to support internal reporting, ad hoc analysis and recurring profiles).
- Utilize available analysis tools to provide insight through storytelling and BI dashboards to guide marketing decisions for internal stakeholders.
Essential Duties:
- Provide project support and analytical assistance to the firm’s Market Intelligence Director for myriad projects on an “as identified” basis to identify, size, and evaluate opportunities (both marketplace and current client base opportunities)
- Build performance monitoring BI reports to evaluate the success of marketing, communication, and sales programs. Build profiles and reports that drive insights to stakeholders at agreed upon milestones to assist with program optimization and evaluation. Refresh and maintain tools when needed.
- Beyond support of ad hoc or complex analysis, recognize opportunity for efficiency by developing self-help tools and resources and maintaining an understanding of existing resources that support the end-user needs. Recognize opportunity to develop client/market inquiry tools that provide self-help support. Refresh and maintain tools when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS
Required:
- Expertise with BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Preferred:
- Experience with database management system languages(SQL, Python)
- Experience with CRM analysis, especially Microsoft Dynamics365 CRM
- Experience with SharePoint
EXPERIENCE
Required:
- Related experience (i.e., Working in a data-driven marketing team, corporate research department, or a client or customer insights team with a marketing research supplier in a client facing role).
Preferred:
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing research tools, techniques and applications (both secondary/syndicated and primary marketing research capabilities and analytics).
- Familiarity with client/customer relationship management (CRM)tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with database tools, applications, and datasets (e.g.Dun and Bradstreet) to drive marketplace and client segment profiling; and opportunity identification and prioritization.
