You're the heartbeat of any team you're on. You know how to light up a room, juggle priorities, and keep things flowing even on the busiest days. You’re naturally kind, curious, and coachable—and you genuinely care about creating a great experience for everyone who walks through the door.

 

What You’ll Do as a Bartender

Drybar Bartenders are more than receptionists—you’re the front line of the guest experience and a crucial part of the shop’s success.

 

Client Experience & Sales

✔️ Greet guests with warmth and energy from check-in to check-out✔️ Guide clients through their appointment and ensure they feel pampered✔️ Serve complimentary drinks with a smile 🍾 ✔️ Sell memberships, products, and tools that support the Drybar lifestyle✔️ Communicate with stylists to keep everything running smoothly

 

Shop Flow & Support

✔️ Use Booker (our POS system) to manage appointments and update client info✔️ Keep the shop clean, organized, and fully stocked✔️ Help manage breaks and stylist schedules✔️ Answer phones and respond to voicemails quickly and professionally✔️ Elevate any issues to management or customer service as needed

 

Teamwork & Leadership✔️ Train new Bartenders and share what makes Drybar special✔️ Attend mandatory team meetings and contribute ideas✔️ Always be on time, ready, and engaged✔️ Live and breathe our core values—be someone others love working with!

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table

📆 Scheduling Requirements

Must be available to work some weekends, evenings, and holidays.Reliability and punctuality are key to shop success!

 

Since we are a new location, mandatory training will be required for the full team!
