The Senior Data and Reporting Professional manages information from various sources, transforming and loading data while enforcing accuracy and integrity in order to support ongoing reporting and analytics efforts. The Senior Data and Reporting Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The ability to own and understand data within a given domain is key to success.

The Senior Data and Reporting Professional integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements. Programs and maintains data pipelines and scheduled ETL jobs, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources. May create specifications for reports based on business requests. Begins to influence business strategy by representing technical issues and options effectively to stakeholders. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 or more years of technical experience in managing data and ETL processes
• Experience with SQL development in an environment utilizing SQL server and Oracle databases
• Significant experience in the development and testing of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) projects using Microsoft Visual Studio
• Experience working with an enterprise scheduling system to manage job execution
• Use of Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and report data
• Experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations and/or the analysis of healthcare data
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication to business leadership
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple or competing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and SSIS
• Experience with sales campaign data, including lead generation, marketing campaign execution, and contact disposition reporting
• Experience with CRM and phone system data (especially Genesys)
• Experience with navigating change management processes in a large enterprise environment

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

 

$71,500 - $98,500 per year

 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
