Position Summary:
The Vice President of Couche Tarde Global Sales is responsible for the overall volume and profitability of Couche Tarde/Circle K globally. This position will manage the overall account including EMEA and North America. They will establish the funding and CMA Elements that will support growth in the chain. They will be responsible for managing a PNL, as well as, providing guidance, training, development of the Directors and National Account Managers and their respective teams.
Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for incorporating company’s sales strategies at the accounts Global level.
- Responsible for Managing Volume for Couche Tarde/Circle K.
- Responsible for forecasting and budgeting.
- Approves all Contracts, Pricing and Marketing platforms.
- Supports the building of the Chains Sales Plans.
- Incorporates Communication Processes across the globe.
- Works directly with BU General Managers on execution.
- Communicates and develops sales plans to tie in with company’s Marketing Initiatives.
- Works directly with Commercialization teams to increase execution and communication by wholesalers.
- Responsible for connectivity with all entities of this chain across the globe.
- Incorporates training programs to increase productivity of all Directors and NAMS.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- National Account Manager Experience/ and National or National Account Directors experience.
- 10-15 years of sales experience in a retail, broker and distributor sales environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in Business, Marketing or Finance.
- Demonstrated track record of sales management achievement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with customers; ability to collaborate at all levels.
- Excellent at managing time, priorities and expenses.
- Able to work independently while being a team player.
- Proficiency using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with forecasting, Nielsen/IRI, POS and Inventory reports.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
Base Pay Range: $181,600 - $213,675
