We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d), based in Munich.

 

Your Team 
At Allianz Commercial our Human Resources department has an in-depth understanding of the business, to deliver a best-in-class support to our managers. We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to complete our HR team in Munich.  

 

The Impact You Will Have 
In this role you will act as an HR Business Partner being responsible for the execution of all HR processes for our customers.  You will play a vital role in steering the implementation of strategic HR projects (global and regional) and driving operational excellence in the HR CEE organization.  

 

Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

 

• Develop end-to-end strategies to support the business in a sustainable way and assess HR implications of the business strategy to design solutions 
• Partner with the business and act as strategic advisor  
• Execute HR programs and run HR processes (e. g. rewards, performance, grading, talent, development, recruiting, re-organization, etc.) together with the business  
• Consult/coach managers and staff on employee relations topics  
• Represent the business to the rest of the HR community
• Collaborate with HR peers and experts on programs and initiatives by providing an organization-specific perspective 
• Drive HR related co-determination topics and act as trusted contact person for the Works Council bodies  

 

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

 

• At least 6 years of relevant HR experience in a global organization and working in a matrix and virtual team environment supporting multiple locations
• Bachelor / Master’s degree in law, business, psychology, or related field 
• Experience with driving projects and delivering on joint objectives across entities of a large organization
• Exposure to managing organizational change, including restructuring and transformation programs with a global scope
• Several years of experience with employee representative bodies and knowledge of German labor and employment law
• Ability to network, maintain and build relationships with customers at all levels, including Senior Management
• Excellent negotiation skills, often in difficult situations, to steer discussions to a desired end
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills, can-do-attitude
• Good communication skills and fluency in German and English (able to negotiate)
