We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing & Public Relations Representative to join our growing team in Cincinnati, OH. This position will play a key role in shaping our brand presence, managing public communications, and supporting strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of executing PR and marketing tasks with efficiency and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and public relations strategies

• Coordinate and attend company events, trade shows, and client meetings

• Draft press releases, newsletters, and promotional content for external distribution

• Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts and industry partners

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support campaign planning

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and public communications

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with company goals

• Track campaign performance and prepare reports for management

Qualifications
