Job Description:

Responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating enterprise-wide programs and initiatives related to Affirmative Action compliance. Consults the business and ensures compliance with Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity regulations. Manages the company's roadmap for Affirmative Action Plans. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides consultation and training to the field Equal Employment Opportunity coordinators.

  • Partners with vendors and Legal to ensure data accuracy, analyses of trends in demographics, and completion of compliance reporting in a timely manner.

  • Manages the internal enterprise roadmap for Affirmative Action Plans. Consults the business to ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations.

  • Manages projects and processes related to Affirmative Action Plans.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field

  • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

If we had our say, we’d also look for:

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, Finance

  • 6+ years of experience in HR, D&I, AAP plan management

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
