Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic, innovative, and forward-thinking person to join our US Field Marketing Team as Associate Manager, US Field Marketing Tools reporting to the Senior Manager, Field Marketing Tools. The ideal candidate for this role understands downstream marketing, data analysis and systems functionality.
This role is a critical driver of commercial success by supporting marketing efforts for field sales along with integrating new systems to maximize engagement and influence HCP prescribing habit. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the end-to-end lifecycle of US field sales tools, digital and print materials, product launch excellence to drive significant growth, cross collaboration across multiple teams in the organization and execute a fully integrated marketing strategy. This person will be an integral part of driving the success of new marketing tools utilized by the field team.
By working proactively and collaboratively with key customer stakeholders (internal and external from the organization), this Associate Manager will have a central role in the development and execution of marketing tools for the field, business analysis, new product commercialization and portfolio management planning. These and other core activities, designed and executed by this role, will ensure the growth of a successful diabetes business at Insulet

Responsibilities
Sales Tool Execution: Collaborate on strategy, planning and execution of new field sales tools including digital sales aids.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure timely development and approval of materials.
Collaborate with CRM, Sales Enablement, and Training teams to ensure integration of new tools and platforms.
Align with US HCP Marketing and Global Product Marketing for consistent messaging and campaign execution across all diabetes segments.
Maintain compliance and cross functional development alongside MLR/Veeva submission and approval processes
Develop launch plans for new tools including integrating into new hire and ongoing training plans.
Support collaboration with US Marketing Events team to utilize sales tools and strategies for national and local events.
Track against KPIs to measure tool effectiveness and adoption
Gain insights through field travel to digest feedback, evaluate tools, and message recall initiatives.
Partner with external agencies for ongoing evaluation and optimization of tools
Education and Experience
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
5 or more years of work experience in marketing or a related field
Experience developing sales/marketing tools for existing and new product lines
Understanding of end-to-end marketing processes for system and workflow optimization
Experience in developing and fostering relationships
Self-starter that possesses a high degree intellectual curiosity and drive
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment
Detail-savvy, organized and quick learner
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
Diabetes knowledge or experience preferred
2 or more years of medical device or pharmaceutical industry marketing experience preferred
Ability to analyze insights and transform those insights into enhancements for future development of marketing tools.
Collaborate closely with all cross-functional team members including legal, regulatory, managed care, clinical, training, medical education, executive leadership and sales to ensure streamlined processes for field-related projects and activities
