We are seeking a dynamic Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. The ideal candidate will have an interest in financial systems and a passion for leveraging technology to drive financial insights.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Data Consolidation: 
  • Consolidate financial data from various systems. 
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data during the consolidation process. 
• Forecasting Processes: 
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, utilizing financial systems to gather and analyze data. 
  • Collaborate with finance partners to understand and fulfill forecasting needs. 
• System maintenance and Improvement: 
  • Maintain financial systems to ensure optimal performance. 
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency. 
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to enhance financial reporting systems and tools. 
• Business Partner Collaboration: 
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with finance and business partners. 
  • Work closely with business partners to gather requirements and provide necessary support. 
  • Train and support end-users on new system features and enhancements. 
• Analytical Support:
  • Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and ad-hoc financial projects. 
  • Assist with the creation of presentations to summarize financial data for executive management. 
  • Contribute to the development of financial models for decision support. 
  • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, and identify trends. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and systems within a corporate FP&A environment.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools; experience with Anaplan, Netsuite, Oracle, or similar systems is advantageous.
• Experience with financial system implementation, maintenance, or improvement projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities. 

US Salary Range$68,000—$90,000 USD

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
