About the role
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Partner with Maintenance and Operations teams to prioritize work and minimize production disruptions
- Manage maintenance work orders within CMMS/SAP systems, including assignment, tracking, and closure
- Coordinate parts availability, vendor quotes, and purchase requisitions to support maintenance activities
- Develop and maintain technical documentation (drawings, specifications, spare parts lists)
- Analyze equipment performance data (e.g., MTBF) to improve reliability and reduce downtime
- Support inventory control and maintenance budgeting for parts and repairs
- Adhere to all MAPEI policies, safety rules, and work procedures
- Perform assigned tasks in conformance with procedures and instructions established in the Business Management System (BMS) and in compliance with applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulatory requirements
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Competitive annual base salary between $78-$90K, based on experience.

- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in maintenance planning, reliability, or industrial operations will be considered.
- Minimum of five (5) years of maintenance planning, reliability, or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred; combination of education, experience, and/or training will be considered.
- Experience with CMMS systems (SAP, Infor, or similar) required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding of preventative maintenance programs, equipment reliability, and inventory control processes.
- Flexibility for overtime and flex shift hours required.
