Seasonal Loss Prevention Associate

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:  

• Assists the Senior Loss Prevention Specialist and Loss Prevention Specialist with investigations within the site. 

• Foster a loss prevention rich environment that inspires a culture of commitment to shrink reduction 

• Identify and evaluate areas that are causing or could lead to shrink 

• Manage security staff and assist in maintenance and coordination of physical security programs 

• Verify inventory integrity within location 

• Keep Safety a Top Priority and Report Any Potential Safety Concerns or Threats  

• Monitor Behavior and Report Unusual Activity 

• Partner with the Sr. LPS or LPS on site on different Loss Prevention Programs and Processes. 

• Ability to Handle Confidential Information 

• Utilize CCTV and exception reports to mitigate shrink 

• Collaborate with operations, human resources and other support teams 

• Assist with departmental projects across the network 

 

WHERE YOU’LL WORK AND WHAT’S REQUIRED: 

• High School Diploma is required; Bachelor’s degree a plus. 

• Previous Loss Prevention Experience is preferred. 

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM: 

• Possess a strong ability to self-manage and proactively adjust focuses when needed 

• Ability to Handle Crisis Situations 

• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills, including comfort interfacing with site leaders. 

• Ability to Work Flexible Hours (Including Weekends and Holidays) 

• Proficient with Microsoft Products  

• Strong ability to multitask 

• Experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus 

• Demonstrated ability to work independently with off-site supervision
