The Maintenance Technician I will troubleshoot and perform basic repairs to equipment of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic controls. Perform preventative maintenance on machines to ensure maximum operational availability.

What You Will Do:
Perform machine moves and assembly per factory needs under the direction of supervisors
Troubleshoot basic machine issues on down-calls and repair equipment per machine schematics whether mechanical, electrical or hydraulic machines and presses
Perform existing preventative maintenance
Respond to work orders and down-calls from dispatch and use Tech Team’s resources as needed
Perform upgrades on machines with automation
Operates acetone reclamation unit
Maintain and improve standard work’s

Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma/GED is required
Mechanical or electrical background
Valid Driver’s License

Physical Demands:
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Climb and work from ladders, platforms and machinery
Full range of body motion, i.e. lifting, kneeling, squatting and twisting
Use of Safety Equipment (Safety glasses, Steel-toed shoes, Hearing Protection, occasionally wear a respirator)

Strong mechanical aptitude
