Then you're the person we're looking for!</p> <p> </p> <p>Our opportunity is based at the Chartres production site.</p> <p> </p> <p>Role</p> <p> </p> <p>As part of our expansion within the Production Support department, we are looking for a qualified Senior Maintenance Manager who is passionate about maintenance and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for meeting business needs in the technical field for the Aseptic Production sector.</p> <p> </p> <p>Maintenance performance management :</p> <p> </p> <p>Ensure effective and relevant monitoring of the service's objectives, deliverables and performance results, with the aim of improving the reliability and maintainability of our industrial facilities.</p> <p>Ensure that the department's activities comply with current regulations (GMP, labour regulations, SOPs, ISO, HSE etc.);</p> <p>Define and analyse departmental performance indicators and targets, ensuring follow-up and reporting (MTBF, MTTR, process deviations) in close collaboration with Production teams.</p> <p>Manage, prepare and coach obsolescence projects and technical shutdowns, both in terms of budget and implementation.</p> <p>Support and develop the implementation of the continuous improvement process, and ensure that it is embedded in the teams.</p> <p> </p> <p>Coaching / Setting the direction:</p> <p> </p> <p>Implement the department's overall maintenance strategy, defined with the Director, in line with site objectives. Supporting direct reports in defining KPIs (key performance indicators) and operational objectives;</p> <p>Coaching &amp; developing the managerial skills of 1st line leaders (confirmation process, coaching, follow-up). </p> <p>As a member of the PS Management team, you will participate in leading the Production Support department.</p> <p> </p> <p>Team management:</p> <p> </p> <p>Implement the department's global maintenance strategy defined with the Director in line with site objectives. </p> <p>Coach and develop team members' skills and provide individual feedback on performance.</p> <p>Ensure the preparation, monitoring, management and optimization of the department's budget. </p> <p>Ensure a healthy and motivating work environment for teams.</p> <p> </p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>You have 5 years' higher education or equivalent experience.</li> <li>You have at least 7 years' management experience in industrial maintenance, enabling you to manage a multidisciplinary team.</li> <li>You will be working in an international group, and fluency in English is essential.</li> <li>You have good analytical and summarising skills with a LEAN culture; </li> <li>You have good interpersonal skills and are able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, particularly in the event of incidents.</li> <li>You know how to federate, lead and involve teams. You have the ability to develop and coach a team.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Our Department</p> <p> </p> <p>You will be working in the PS Production Support department, maintaining aseptic production.
