Regional Business and Customer Experience Manager

Job Description

As the Regional Business and Customer Experience Manager, you will oversee the Customer Experience department and manage regional business and compliance processes essential for ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your role involves defining export/import procedures and leading a team focused on advocating for customers within ICL. You'll ensure top-notch service by coordinating supply chain operations for order-to-cash processes and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster sustainability.

•    Lead supply chain customer experience and regional business strategies in North America, setting goals and KPIs to measure performance.
•    Create effective procedures, policies, standards, and goals to ensure smooth operations.
•    Mentor, coach, and develop Customer Experience and Regional Business team members.
•    Establish appropriate KPI metrics to enhance our customer experiences, by analyzing service statistics for improvement opportunities.
•    Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and the Supply Chain team to support operational needs and business unit growth.
•    Manage projects for the regional business, focusing on process improvements, system enhancements, cost savings, and business unit integration/separation.
•    Attain exceptional customer experiences through strategic optimization of processes and technology.

What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role? 
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field
•    10 or more years of relevant experience 
•    Direct and indirect involvement in collaborating with global teams
•    Proficiency in SAP
•    Exceptional influencing skills across all organizational levels
•    Proven track record in enhancing business processes and systems for driving results
•    Strong analytical and decision-making skills
•    Demonstrated talent in developing and coaching individuals effectively
•    Proficient in effectively communicating strategic goals for clear organizational direction
•    Execution-driven mindset with a focus on customer relevance and solutions
•    Innovative approach to process and technology enhancements
•    Self-motivated, dedicated, and adept at self-management
•    Strong business & technical acumen

Salary Range: $89,320 to $165,880

 

Annual Bonus Target: 12%, subject to plan provisions.
