Job Description
The Director, Strategy and Operations for Healthcare is responsible for driving the strategy and the day to day operational improvements for the Healthcare team. This position works with the senior team at A Place for Mom as well as with cross-functional teams.
- Key Responsibilities
- Incorporate APFM Values into each customer and co-worker interaction
- Create strategy and scalable operations that drive revenue growth via Sales through our Healthcare channel
- Formulate key growth and operational improvement initiatives, build them into pilots, measure results, improve the process, and ultimately scale them to drive value
- Creating territories that are balanced, geographically feasible, and sustainable for each HCAE
- Partner with our insights team to create the right dashboards to measure performance
- Draw insights from our CRM, SFDC, to figure out where areas of improvement are
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ work experience with minimum 3 years of project based work
- Experience in individual contributor roles that can leverage other teams to achieve goals
- Strategic thinking, excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
- Resourcefulness and tenacity
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and get the job done regardless of resources or timeline
- Impeccable business judgment and professional distinction in thought leadership and innovation
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple and diverse stakeholders across businesses and leadership levels
- Ability to manage ambiguity, work independently and be able to chart direction of projects
- Superior data modeling and presentation skills
- Leadership skills Education Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- Master's degree/MBA is a plus
Additional Information
Compensation:
- Base Salary Range - $150,000 - $165,000
- Bonus - 30% of annual earnings
