Production Assistant

Responsibilities:

> Carrying out production-related administration

> Manages worktime data of the supported Focus Factory employees

> Office and production supply replenishment

> Ordering, registration, and issue of protective clothing

> Supports employees with business travel organization and assists visitors during their stay (hotel room reservation, ticket reservation, car rent, etc.)

> Organizes events, meetings, workshops according to the requests (catering, room reservation, preparation, administration, etc.)

> Responsible to support the newcomer employees

> Provides analytical and well-documented reports

>  Supports Employer Branding events

>Supports employees with business travel organization and assists visitors during their stay 

> Organizes events, meetings, workshops according to the requests

> Responsible to support the newcomer employees

 

Expectations:

> Confident level of English Language

> University degree in human resources, economics, psychology, or any related field

> Minimum 1 year relevant professional experience in a similar position

> Dedicated, team-player personality

> Experience in automotive industry is an advantage

> SAP knowledge is an advantage
